Only dentist I trust! They’re kind, honest, professional, and skilled. I’ve had cavities filled, routine cleanings, etc and always been very satisfied with the work. They provide clear feedback and areas for improvement but also acknowledge growth and current well kept hygiene. It’s a very comforter and safe feeling environment with TVs for entertainment and some hidden comedians in the lot keeping the energy positive and fun.
I absolutely love this dental office!! From the moment you arrive everyone is genuinely kind, friendly, very attentive and professional. Dr. Hsu and his entire team are amazing!! Dr. Hsu is awesome! Very friendly, clean and nice place, and staff all very friendly and professional. My four-year-old daughter really likes the staff there and Dr. Hsu. Today, Dr. Hsu was very professional and patient in cleaning her cavities, which made her feel very relaxed and trusting. She told me she wants to go to the dentist again next time because they are all so friendly and made her feel less scared.
Was very impressed by Dr. Hsu. Very detailed. Goes the extra mile. Office is straightforward with pricing and no games or gouging like many Dentists in Georgetown. He does what is needed, not what will use up your insurance allotment on your first visit to benefit himself. We are grateful to have found him! Finally found a Dentist with integrity. Dentists like him are hard to find.
I'm a huge fan of Crystal Lake Dental. Highly recommend! Everyone is so nice. Great customer service. They're respectful of your time and move you right through your appointment. Grateful to have Dr. Hsu & Dr. Tamkeen and their top notch bedside manner. It doesn't feel like you're just a piece of livestock moving through the health insurance machine. Very good vibes in this dentist office! I don't have dentist anxiety, but if you do, this is the place.
