I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My hygienist was very kind and attentive to whether or not I was having any pain during my X-rays and cleaning. She explained everything she was doing which I really appreciated. The doctor was very nice as well. I highly recommend.
I'm a huge fan of Crystal Lake Dental. Highly recommend! Everyone is so nice. Great customer service. They're respectful of your time and move you right through your appointment. Grateful to have Dr. Hsu & Dr. Tamkeen and their top notch bedside manner. It doesn't feel like you're just a piece of livestock moving through the health insurance machine. Very good vibes in this dentist office! I don't have dentist anxiety, but if you do, this is the place.
Only dentist I trust! They’re kind, honest, professional, and skilled. I’ve had cavities filled, routine cleanings, etc and always been very satisfied with the work. They provide clear feedback and areas for improvement but also acknowledge growth and current well kept hygiene. It’s a very comforter and safe feeling environment with TVs for entertainment and some hidden comedians in the lot keeping the energy positive and fun.
Very friendly, clean and nice place, and staff all very friendly and professional. My four-year-old daughter really likes the staff there and Dr. Hsu. Today, Dr. Hsu was very professional and patient in cleaning her cavities, which made her feel very relaxed and trusting. She told me she wants to go to the dentist again next time because they are all so friendly and made her feel less scared.
Happy that I finally found a dentist’s office that only suggests what is needed . Facility is nice , Staff are friendly and diligent , loved Dr. Tamkin and her patience taking time to explain the process!!
